Here is an example of a character creation pipeline for a game:

1. We provide placeholder sprites for client side programmers to implement in the game's code before we start art production.

2. A concept character design and concept animations are made to be approved by the client.

3. Then we combine approved character design and concept animations to form a release candidate version.

4. Upon request of the client, revisions will be made to further polish the character.

 

Final Delivery

Once the process is complete, we optimize the sprite to specific color limit and provide the full spritesheets to the client.
